Cloverlea F1 Grain-fed Wagyu

Cloverlea Wagyu is the product of over 70 years in farming in the very high rainfall area of Ebor, NSW. Collaborating with Inveraray Station, in the foundation of its herd, Cloverlea F1 Wagyu represents the “evolution of grazing” optimising land and water usage by maintaining strict sustainable land management and animal welfare practices. The Wagyu breed’s high fertility and productivity excel in the rich New England pastures and Cloverlea’s own fullblood herd are the platform of the herds success in fine beef production.   
Cloverlea Wagyu is provided by crossing Australia’s leading Fullblood Wagyu with Australia’s leading Angus cattle, then raising the progeny on Australia’s most nutritional and sustainably grown pastures. The cattle are then finished for up to 450 days on NFAS Accredited Feedlots under strict instructions regarding, feed ingredients and animal management. Bow Creek Food & Agribusiness proudly assists with the coordination, supply chain management and marketing both internationally and locally of Cloverlea F1 Wagyu.
Cloverlea F1 Wagyu has been exporting internationally since 2019.
