Since the 1990’s when Australia first imported Wagyu genetics from Japan, Inveraray Station Fullblood Wagyu have been perfecting their craft for the production of some of Australia’s finest Fullblood Wagyu. Inveraray Station Fullblood Wagyu owned by The McClure Family has been exporting its product internationally under its own brand in recent years maintaining a highly boutique position highly sort after market.
From their home base in Bellingen, NSW to Cassilis, in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales where Inveraray Station is located, the McClure’s Inveraray Station Wagyu has become the “backbone” of some of Australia’s leading Wagyu herds from Queensland to Victoria.
The McClure’s still hold the nose print of the original females imported as foundations for the Inveraray Station herd.
